In order to more effectively engage and convert talent on a global level, P&G endeavored to have a career site redesign to serve as a global entry into career-based sites worldwide. Adding to this effort was the evaluation and adaptation of content that best served the end-user based on today’s best practices regarding user experience, content generation and the implementation of recent research findings. It was recommended the new experience be built with updated programming, ongoing sustainable content generation and the introduction of a custom P&G Fit Tool. This provided candidates with the ability to see how their behavioral strengths, interests and perceptions return areas of “connection” regarding professional positions and respective functions within P&G. Radancy's candidate focused CRM was the platform used.
